3 Cups shredded chicken
1 can diced green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can green enchilada sauce
6 Siete Burrito Tortillas
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Combine chicken, green chilies, soup, and 1/4 of the enchilada sauce in a bowl and mix well.
Spoon mixture into a tortilla shell. Roll shell and place in a casserole dish seam side down.
Once casserole dish is full pour remaining enchilada sauce over the enchiladas. Cover with tinfoil and place in the oven for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes bump the over up to 400 degrees, remove tin foil and sprinkle cheese onto the enchiladas. Return to oven and cook for an additional 15 minutes uncovered, or until golden brown.
