Over the past few years, Sara has successfully planned over 30 diverse events, from intimate birthdays and anniversary parties to bachelorette celebrations, week-of-wedding coordination, bridal and baby showers, and luncheons. Sara’s expertise spans gatherings as small as 12 people to grand fundraising events hosting up to 1,500 attendees. With a tried and true process, Sara makes planning your next event a breeze. She offers start-to-finish planning services that include printed goods, décor, linens, and more. Rental coordination and ordering
Sara will meet with you to understand your vision for the event. Together, you'll discuss your budget, themes, color schemes, food requirements, special touches, and more. Sara will handle all the heavy lifting and mundane tasks that come with hosting an event, sourcing everything you need and ensuring every detail is perfectly in place.
In the week leading up to and on the day of the event, Sara will manage check-ins with all your vendors and coordinate timelines for the delivery and pickup of items. During the event, she will set everything up, take care of your guests, and manage clean-up and the return of all goods. Sara is flexible in her approach, working as closely with you as you desire—whether you prefer to be hands-on or allow her to take the reins so you can relax and enjoy the process.

Event Consultation
This is for someone who enjoys planning but wants to make sure they have thought of everything! Sara will hop on a call or meet with you to go over your menus, invitations, décor, details, and more. She will help you be sure you’ve checked off all of the boxes and have everything you need lined up. She can help you ensure you have enough food and alcohol and that your menu is well balanced. She will help you divide items amongst groups of hosts and help create a timeline of items to check through leading up to your event. With offerings of tips and tricks to get the most bang for your buck, and advice on where to splurge and where to save.

Day of Hosting
We all know the burden of hosting a party. You are running around at the last minute to make sure your dishes aren’t in the sink, get makeup on before your guests arrive, lite the candles, turn on the music, and the list is never ending! Sara will show up for set up an hour to two hours early to help get everything in order before guests arrive. She will do your final walk through for you and make sure all details are perfect. She will keep your food service area clean and stocked, champagne on ice, bar wiped down, cocktail glasses full and dishes removed. She will assist in opening your buffet, washing your china, making a last minute dash for extra ice or wine, and handle any crisis without you ever knowing. You get to enjoy the party you have worked so hard on and let her handle the rest!

Tablescape Design
Sara will work with your theme or color scheme to create a table scape that will leave your guests wowed. She will source all materials and even work with your treasured pieces you already have. Linens, flatware, place cards, and conversation cards to help ensure your dinner party is as fun as it is beautiful!

Sara will design floras for your event that tie perfectly together with your theme, the season, and over-all aesthetic. She will work with you to decide what you need for your event to be as vibrant and beautiful as it is special.
