1 cup Greek yogurt
2 lemons juiced
2 cloves garlic
4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. oregano
Salt and Pepper
1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
Combine all ingredients and mix together.
Add in Chicken and marinate overnight.
Grill chicken on both sides until cooked through. Serve and Enjoy!
-Marinade would be good on any kind of chicken especially wings and thighs.
-serve with white rice, chopped veggies and lettuce, and tzatziki sauce. Here is a link to my favorite ( I added in 1/4 cup Greek yogurt)
