Shishito Peppers

8 ounces of Shishito Peppers

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Seasoning mix

1 Tsp. Salt

1 Tsp. Onion Powder

1 Tsp. Garlic Powder

½ Tsp. Black Pepper

½ Tsp. Paprika

1. Combine all seasonings together in a bowl and mix up.

2. Heat a large pan on high heat. Once pan is hot add in olive oil. When you can smell the olive oil add in your peppers.

3. Flip peppers over after about 2 minutes per side. They should look blistered but not burnt. When the pepper begins to get soft it is ready.

4. Place all cooked peppers into a bowl and sprinkle seasoning on top and shake up to evenly coat the peppers. I add about 1 to 2 tbsp. of the seasoning mixture onto the peppers. Start with less and add more if you’d like more!
