Ingredients
2 Large Onions diced
4 cloves garlic
½ lb. bacon
2 lbs. smoked pulled pork
1 lb. shredded chicken
3 cups diced potatoes
1 can fire roasted tomatoes
1 cans tomato sauce
1 cup BBQ sauce ( I use a combo of Johnny Harris')
4 containers chicken broth
1 bag frozen lima beans
1 bag frozen corn
½ tsp. Tabasco
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. light brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Pan fry bacon and set aside. Leave drippings in pan.
2. Sauté onion for 2-3 minutes, add garlic for 30 seconds.
3. Chop up bacon.
4. Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, turn heat down to low and simmer for 1-3 hours.
